The Southbend SOU9128-1 Safety Thermostat is a spare part for safety temperature control for commercial systems. They are fitted in the appliance's heating system. The component is equipped with a 3/8" x 2" sensing bulb and adjustable settings with a screwdriver slot and is generally packaged with a mounting bracket for easy installation.
