The Vulcan Hart VH836833 Safety Thermostat functions to control temperatures and avoid overheating in commercial cooking appliances thus providing safe operational conditions. This component includes a 3/8" x 2" bulb combined with 48" capillary for accurate thermal control. The appliances has a durable bracket for stable mounting and works at a fixed temperature point of 257°F. The operates without a dial because it contains a screwdriver adjustment slot which enables simple calibration.
