The Bakers Pride T1007A Charbroiler Cast Iron Radiant is used to transfer heat from the burner assembly to the cooking surface in commercial equipment. Measuring 22-15/16" X 3-7/8" x 3", the cast iron radiant sits above the burner and receives heat generated during operation. It installs beneath the cooking grate where its position distributes radiant heat across the cooking area. As the burner operates, the radiant absorbs heat and transfers it toward the grate while limiting direct flame exposure. This component works with the burner and grate assembly to maintain the intended heat path during cooking. It replaces a damaged radiant in compatible equipment.
