The Uniworld UWDUM-20DJ Aluminum Dough Hook 20 QT is a dough hook made of aluminum and rotates in a commercial mixer to pull, stretch and fold dough ingredients together in a uniform circular motion. Its curved shape interacts with the mixture and enables it to move along the inside of the bowl and create and shape the dough structure. It is mounted on mixer bowls that are compatible as a major attachment to prepare dough. The shape of the hook allows the repetition of the mixing cycles, as it directs the dough mass through the mixing path again and again.
