The Hobart 00-24308-1 Beater Paddle rotates around the contents of the 60-quart bowl to mix ingredients to a uniform consistency of batters and semi-heavy doughs. This agitator is a flat-blade layout which uses shearing and incorporation materials as the planetary head moves around the fixed vessel. This component is fixed to the drive hub of the mixer head with a locking pin or bayonet-type connector. This equipment is used in commercial bakery or kitchen operations to use large batches to prepare quickly by maintaining a constant mixing route.
