The Uniworld UM60FB Mixer Bowl Beater Paddle 60 QT has a planetary rotation mechanism that moves the attachment around the entire volume of the container to ensure full incorporation. This is a heavy-duty, flat, uniform component which produces a consistent folding action that incorporates thick batters, cake mixes, and mashed potatoes without adding too much air to them. The unit is mounted at the end of the agitator shaft of a 60-quart floor mixer. This auxiliary system is a necessary that is kept at the middle of the mixing vessel to ensure that it has contact with all the contents.
