The Uniworld UWDUM-60FB Beater Paddle 60 QT is used in conjunction with a planetary mixing system to add ingredients using a uniform folding and stretching action. The particular flat geometry is used to make sure that thick batters and heavy doughs are brought to a homogeneous consistency by keeping in constant contact with the contents of the vessel. A compatible 60-quart floor mixer directly connects this element to its agitator shaft. Its solid structure can be used to mix the mashed potatoes, cake mixes, and other food bases thoroughly during the commercial kitchen operations.
