The Uniworld UWDUM-60FB Flat Beater/Paddle 60QT is designed to fit on specified 60 quart mixer models that need a flat beater design to used ingredients in a controlled manner. It is fitted to the mixer hub and spins the product around the bowl to provide even distribution and reduce the amount of aeration that is unnecessary. The paddle shape facilitates good mixing of medium to heavy mixtures like cake batter, icings and ready fillings. Being used into the planetary mixing mechanism, it helps to provide coordinated motion and stable functioning.
