The Hobart 275885 Flat Beater/Paddle 60QT is compatible with 60 quart commercial mixers to mix combine ingredients during food preparation. This is flat beater attachment that is attached to the planetary drive and rotates around bowl to mix batters, fillings and other mixtures evenly. It has a shape that enables it to touch the bowl surface completely, enabling through mixing of large batches. Being a component of the mixer assembly, it helps to keep the texture uniform and coordinated in bakeries and in the conditions of commercial kitchens.
