The Hobart 275885 Beater Paddle 60 QT is intended to be attached to the planetary drive of an existing compatible commercial mixer to provide complete agitation with a steady rotary movement. This flat agitator sweeps the internal surface of the bowl as the motor is engaged to fold and mix. The particular attachment is connected to the agitator shaft in a 60-quart mixing vessel allowing it to work with large volumes of batter, icing or mashed vegetables. The aluminium structure will be used to make sure that the component does not lose its structural integrity.
