The T&S Brass 0123M 8" Pre-Rinse Unit is a unit that sprays water and uses a flexible hose to clean the plates, cookware, and utensils. The spray pattern is used to force the water to loosen food particles prior to the items going into the washing cycle. It is fitted on the sink deck of compatible commercial sink systems. It is a component of the cleaning process of dishwashing stations. The unit is combined with supply connections, mounting brackets and hose assemblies. Pre-rinse units of this type are often found in commercial kitchens of food services.
