The T&S Brass B0123 8" Pre-Rinse unit provides a high-pressure spray to rinse dishes, utensils and cookware before the wash cycle. It features an 8-inch wall-mounted design with hose, riser and spray valve components that are suitable in a commercial dishwashing setting. The unit is attached above a sink compartment in restaurant dishwashing units. The spray valve sprays a stream of water when it is triggered to loosen food particles on surfaces. This pre-rinse station is a component of the sink station where the preparation of items to be washed is done.
