The T&S Brass B-0123M 8" Pre-Rinse unit is a pressurized spray of water that is used to rinse dishes and cookware before washing to remove food residue and grease. It has an 8 inch wall-mounted base with a flexible hose set and spray valve that is intended to be used in a commercial sink frequently. The unit is mounted on top of a commercial sink in restaurant kitchens, dishwashing stations or food preparation areas. The spray valve is used to blast a stream of water to clean surfaces. The hose and support system enables the hose to reach further into the sink compartment.
