The T&S Brass TSB0123 8" Pre-Rinse Unit delivers pressurized water via a spray valve that is used to clean food residue off of the dishware. Water passes through the hose system and out of the nozzle to form a directed spray to use in cleaning. This unit is mounted on the sink deck of the compatible commercial dishwashing stations. It is part of the pre-rinse system that is used to clear residue prior to the items going into the washing system. The assembly is attached to plumbing supply fittings and mounting hardware. These units are mostly found in commercial kitchens and food preparation premises.
