The Hatco 02-16-001A-00 Thermostat is a mechanical capillary type temperature control for commercial equipment. It is based on a 3/8" x 4-3/32" sensing bulb connected to 12" capillary tube, which will detect a change in temperature and send the information to the control dial. It is in use, that it turns power on and off accurately in the temperature usually 100F to 200F set for the application. It is widely used in food-service equipment and booster heaters as an integral component of the main regulating system for the temperature its thermostat ensures consistent temperature during continuous use of the commercial kitchen.
