The Hatco 2.16.001 Thermostat S is a mechanical temperature control part to control heat in compatible commercial foodservice equipment. It works using a sensing bulb and capillary system which senses the temperature change and changes the heating circuit to operate within a desired temperature range. It is used for restaurant, institutional and commercial food preparation conditions for use in booster heaters and associated hot water or heating systems. The thermostat is an integral part of the appliance's control system and controls the heat output and assists in keeping the appliance running at a stable temperature when it is in continuous use.
