The Hatco 2.16.001A Thermostat S is a mechanical temperature regulating part used in compatible commercial foodservice equipment. It use a 3/8-inch by 4-3/32-inch sensing bulb with a 12-inch capillary tube to monitor heat level and control the connected electrical circuit. The thermostat mount within the equipment control section and respond to temperature change by switching the heating circuit on or off. It operate with heating component and wiring connections to maintain the desired temperature range. This component is commonly installed in booster and related commercial heating equipment requiring precise temperature control.
