The Hatco 02.16.001A.00 Thermostat 3/8" X 4-3/32" 12" is a temperature controller that detects changes in temperature using a calibrated sensing element in commercial systems. It works through a mechanical or electrical switching system that opens or closes contacts depending on changes in temperature limits, which keeps the output constant with constant input from the sensing probe and internal calibration assembly. It is commonly mounted in temperature control assemblies of commercial heating or cooking systems to monitor internal heat to control operational cycles across the system in enclosed control housings and attached to sensing mount assemblies.
