The Frymaster 1061424 Probe Assembly is a sensor that provides the temperature readings of the commercial fryer to the control panel. It is mounted into the system tank and is reacting to changes in the temperature. This probe is connected to the fryer system and assists in the regulated cooking. Typically found in the commercial fryers, it works with the electronic controls. It is usually replaced during the process when it is unable to provide an accurate response, enabling operation during the cooking operations.
