The Frymaster FM1061424 Probe Assembly is a replacement sensor for the commercial fryer to ensure it continues to monitor temperature accurately. It is installed in the fryer tank monitoring the temperature of the oil and linking to the control panel. It connects to the units wiring and facilitates optimal cooking conditions. It is typically used with a commercial unit and operates when the fryer is in use.
