The Hatco 2-01-001 Low Water Cut Off Board monitors water conditions and interrupts the heating circuit when the available water level falls below the required operating point in commercial equipment. The board uses an electronic sensing circuit to detect a low-water condition and control power to the related heating components. It is placed within the control section of the applicable area where water-level protection is monitored. When the sensed level drops too low, the board signals the control circuit to stop heating.
