The Hatco 2-01-210 Low Water Cut Off Board is provided to be used to monitor water levels in commercial heating and food conditioning equipment. Placed within the electrical control system, it works with the low-water sensing circuit to detect insufficient water levels and supports preventing the heating elements from operating when adequate water is not present. This shield operation supports safe equipment operation and assists in reducing the risk of damage to internal heating components. As part of the appliance's control system, the LWCO board provides for consistent performance and proper operation in commercial food service conditions.
