The Hobart 21025-1 Thermostat Kit W/Knob & Screws 200-400°F RX provides temperature regulation for compatible commercial cooking equipment. The thermostat covers 200°F to 400°F operating range and comes with control knob and screws for mounting and adjustment. As temperature rises or falls, its sensing mechanism respond by controlling electrical circuit connected to the heating components. The operator uses the knob to select the required temperature, while thermostat cycles the heat source to maintain that setting. The assembly work with the equipment's wiring and heating components during normal operation.
