The Hobart 411506-13 Thermostat Kit 200 to 400°F is a temperature control assembly used in the commercial cooking equipment. The kit includes a thermostat control knob, and mounting screws for installation. The thermostat senses the equipment temperature and regulates the heating circuit by opening or closing electrical contacts as the temperature changes. The control knob allows the operator to select an operating temperature. Installed within the equipment control panel the thermostat connects to the heating system and cycles electrical power to maintain the selected temperature during normal cooking operation.
