The Hobart 411506-00013 Thermostat Kit W/Knob & Screws 200-400°F RX is a mechanical temperature control assembly used with compatible cooking equipment. The thermostat provides a 200°F to 400°F temperature range and includes a control knob and mounting screws for the specified installation. Its sensing mechanism detects changes in equipment temperature and switches the heating circuit as the temperature reaches the selected setting.
