The Garland 2200199 Hot Top Gas Valve regulates the supply of gas in a cooking range by controlling the supply via an internal valve commercial system. It is controlled by a manual or linked control interface that varies the amount of flame output and keeps the burner running steadily, reacts to temperature input via range controls, and varies the amount of gas passing through it to ensure that burner ignition and shutdown cycles are consistent. The component is mounted in the range assembly in the area of the gas line connection and burner control section to be integrated properly and aligned with safety shutoff linkage.
