The Hobart 275450 Aluminum B Flat Beaters are designed to rotate in a commercial bowl for continuous planetary mixing. The flat beater evenly moves the ingredients around the bowl and keeps in contact with the mixture for uniformity. This attachment is inserted into a compatible 30-quart mixer bowl and is attached directly to the mixer's agitator shaft assembly. The beater is a medium-density beater made of aluminum and is generally used in food preparation task in commercial kitchen conditions.
