The Uniworld UWDUM-30FB Flat Beater is designed to rotate in the mixing bowl to mix ingredients in a flat sweeping motion. As the mixer operates at predetermined speeds, it circulates the ingredients throughout the mixture, evenly mixing and folding the ingredients, and also scrapes the inside of the bowl to ensure the ingredients are continually circulated. It is used in the commercial 30-quart stand mixers which are compatible with it for mixing in kitchens, including bakeries, restaurants, and food preparation areas where batch mixing is needed, in large-scale preparation workflows in food service operations.
