Link ingredients by wide flat surfaces that are moving in the bowl and start blending and creaming motion during operation. Shaft-driven connection keeps the beater in constant movement, folding and turning mixtures at set speeds, keeping ingredients in constant contact with the interior walls of the mixer. Placement is in commercial 30-quart planetary mixers with the attachment mounted to the drive hub for general mixing applications in food preparation Conditions.
