The Hobart 00-275450 Aluminum B Flat Beater 30 Quart is a commercial beater that is used to mix, blend and fold ingredients evenly in the food preparation process. The flat beater moves through the bowl to mix batters, mashed foods, sauces and other foods without stopping while ensuring uniform mixing. It is installed in the mixer bowl assembly and connects to the planetary shaft to be used in conjunction with the proper mixing equipment. Made of aluminum the attachment is typically used in commercial kitchens for medium to heavy food mixtures in bakeries, restaurants and foodservice preparation stations.
