The Henny Penny 38468-001 Fryer Solenoid Gas Valve manages gas delivery to the heating component on compatible commercial equipment. It features a 1/2 inch female threaded pipe connection with a 25 Volt electrical rating. The solenoid receives power from the control circuit and moves the valve mechanism to establish an open gas passage. Once power is removed, the internal mechanism closes the passage and stops fuel movement. The valve fits at the specified gas-line connection leading toward the fryer burner. Its position provides an electrically controlled point between the gas supply and burner assembly during normal heating operation.
