The Johnson Controls H91DG-4 Solenoid Gas Valve controls gas passage within compatible commercial equipment. It has a 1/2-inch female threaded pipe connection and a 25-volt electrical rating. The valve remains closed or opens according to the electrical signal supplied to the solenoid coil. When energized, the coil moves the internal mechanism away from the closed position so gas can pass through the valve. When the signal ends, the mechanism returns and stops the gas supply. The valve fits within the designated gas piping route. It regulates fuel movement between the supply connection and downstream burner circuit.
