The Middleby Marshall A7957 Vacuum Breaker 180F 125 PSI 1/2" NPT works by permitting the air to flow into the commercial system. It is automatically opened in vacuum conditions and closed when normal pressure is re-established to ensure that the fluid flows in the right direction in the system. This element is normally attached to water supply lines that are attached to commercial ovens and other such kitchen appliances to regulate pressure variations. It use in secure operation by breaking siphoning effects and stabilizing flow condition in foodservice applications during change in temperature and pressure.
