The Blodgett BL20287 Convection Oven Solenoid Valve is a component of gas regulation intended for use in commercial systems for baking. It is rated for 1/2" connections and 120V 50/60 Hz operation, and it mounts into the fuel control assembly of the equipment. This is placed in the gas system at a point between the supply inlet and the burner manifold. The solenoid feature responds to electrical input from the control board to open or close gas flow through the valve body, in line with programmed heating cycles.
