The Cleveland KE50219 Kettle Faucet 1-1/2" Draw Off Valve control the flow of liquid contents out of the kettle using the outlet connection. It works by opening the flow path inside the valve when the handle of the valve is switched, and the hot product flows out of the faucet spout. It component that is attached to the bottom outlet fitting of compatible commercial steam kettles. Soups, broths, and sauces are directed by the assembly when draining kettles. It is applied in commercial kitchen equipment where liquid food products cooked in kettles are passed into containers, pans or food holding units after cooking.
