The Southbend 6600284 Kettle Faucet 1-1/2" Draw-off Valve controls the release of hot liquid contents in the kettle vessel. It operates by opening the channel of the internal valve when the handle is operated, and the product flows through the outlet spout. It is a component that is fitted at the discharge opening in the bottom of compatible commercial kettles. The valve assembly guides the soups, sauces and other liquid preparations when it is being drained or served. It is applied in commercial kitchen kettle systems, whereby there is a need to control the emptying of the kettle.
