The Market Forge S10-4928 Kettle Faucet 1-1/2" Draw Off Valve is a valve that enables the liquid contents to be emptied from the kettle through a regulated outlet opening. It works by opening the internal valve channel as the handle is moved allowing the product to flow through the faucet spout. This component is attached to the lower draw-off connection of commercial steam kettles that are compatible. It is applied in commercial kitchen processes where liquid food items that have been cooked in kettles are poured into pans or containers.
