The Magikitch'N PP11065 Temperature Probe Kit is used to measure the quantity of cooking oil by detecting the amount of heat and translating it into an electrical signal. The probe will sense the temperature variations in the oil and transmit the signal to the control board of the fryer, which will utilize the signal to control the heating cycle. The kit normally consists of the probe and connection part that are to fit the fryer setup. It is fitted within fryers that are compatible, in the frypot region, and linked to the internal wiring harness, which transmits the temperature to the control system.
