The Montague MON36352-9 FDTO Gas Thermostat 3 /16 x 15-3/16 bulb 3/8 FPT fitting is a thermostat that is used to control the amount of heat produced by commercial gas cooking appliances. It can be installed into the control housing and is connected to the gas line, and the sensing bulb is used to monitor the internal cooking conditions. The thermostat is controlled by temperature status which adjusts the amount of gas flowing through the system, keeping the temperature between 150F and 550F. It assists in balancing the fuel consumption and performance and replacement provides further proper temperature regulation.
