The Market Forge S20-0180 NAT/LP Pilot Assembly produces and sustains a small ignition flame that ignites the main burner in compatible gas-fired equipment. It works by passing natural gas, or propane through the orifice and 1/4" tube to create a controlled left flame pattern for igniting the burners. This is a component that is installed in the burner compartment of suitable commercial cooking equipment. It is used in the ignition system to assist in transferring the ignition flame from the pilot to the main burner during start-up and operation. It is designed to be used with natural gas or LP equipment.
