The Cleveland SE50010RV NAT/LP Pilot Assembly is standing pilot assembly that light the primary burner when heat is required in commercial cooking appliances. It works by providing gas via a 1/4" pilot tube and calibrated orifice which produces a left flame pattern for ignition. This assembly is compatible for use in the combustion area of foodservice equipment that burns gas. It is a part of the burner ignition system, and it is used to provide the pilot flame for normal heating operation. The component is intended for use with a natural gas or propane fuel configuration.
