The Lang 41100-08 Sensor Probe Wire and Plug 1/8 X 18 is used to monitor the temperature of the oven by sensing the amount of heat and converting it into an electrical signal that is sent to the control system. It work by transmitting constant reading the 39-inch wire to keep the oven at the right temperature for cooking. This sensor probe is fitted into the cooking chamber of compatible convection ovens, and it is mounted in place and connected to the internal control board through the plug. It is an essential part of the temperature control system of the appliance, which allows monitoring it accurately and working correctly in the course of cooking.
