The Montague V-2EA Pilot Safety Valve is designed to regulate gas flow and provide flame-sensing safety control within pilot-operated gas equipment. It operates on the concepts of releasing gas when a pilot flame is detected and turning off gas supply when the pilot flame is extinguished. This safety operation is used to regulate fuel delivery while operating. The valve is designed to be used in the gas train assembly of compatible cooking equipment and has a 1/2-inch FPT connection, it is a part of the pilot burner and gas control system of the equipment.
