The Hobart 00-419670-00002 Hi-Limit Thermostat 450F 30" CAP is a temperature sensor that opens and closes the power supply to the equipment attached. The system also ensures security control by resetting when the temperature is below the threshold and the circuit is stable, so that the operations of cooking equipment can be restarted in a controlled manner. The thermostat is mounted in high-temperature cooking equipment control assemblies that need thermal protection, which is usually mounted in the security circuit to measure the heat levels and to turn off power when excessive temperature conditions arise during the operation cycle phase.
