The Hobart 119670-2 Hi-Limit Thermostat 450°F 30" CAP is used to control operating temperature and will switch off the power if the temperature rises above the set limit. It works on the concepts of a temperature-sensing bulb and capillary assembly, which is sensitive to changes in temperature in the equipment. The thermostat is mounted in commercial cooking equipment, the sensing bulb is placed in the heated area, and the control body is mounted in the electrical system. It is used as a temperature security to shut off the heating circuit.
