The Vulcan Hart 00-410840-00002 Hi-Limit Thermostat is to monitor and set the commercial fryer temperature somewhat to prevent overheating. This Hi-Limit thermostat has a maximum temperature setting of 450°F at 232°C and includes a 30 inch capillary tube and a 1/4 x 4 1/2 bulb for accurate temperature readings on Vulcan fryer models 1GR45, 1GR65, and many more. The Vulcan Hart auto reset feature makes the unit more usable, as it will automatically reset to normal operation after a temperature spike.
