The Blodgett 07633 Convection Oven Contactor 3-Pole 30/40 amps 120V coil, is an electrical switch with a rating for commercial use. It works by opening and closing three electrical circuits at the same time to turn power to heating elements and other current loads on or off in response to the signals of the control system. This contactor which is installed in the electrical compartment, is part of the heat management system that controls the distribution of power during the normal cooking cycles to facilitate temperature control in commercial kitchen operations.
