The Lang LG30700-04 Contactor 3-Pole 120 V coil is an electrical switching system that is used to regulate power flow in commercial foodservice equipment. It works by switching several electrical circuits on and off at the same time enabling high-current loads to be controlled by a lower-voltage control signal. It is usually fitted in cooking machines where it takes the center stage in the coordination of heating elements and other powered components. It reacts to the signal of thermostats or control boards to control the operation in normal use.
