The Middleby Marshall A27236 Contactor 3 Pole with 10/120 V is an electromechanical switching system designed to operate in commercial kitchen equipment that is compatible with it to operate high-current electrical circuits. It works by switching on a control coil, which in turn switches on three internal power contacts, which in turn enable power to pass to components like heating elements, motors or fans when activated by the control system in the appliance. This is fitted to the electrical compartment of the equipment, and it connects low-voltage inputs to the main power circuits.
