The Middleby Marshall A28067 Contactor 3 Pole 10/120 V is an electromechanical switching system that is installed in compatible commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment to operate heavy electrical loads. It works by activating a control coil which closes or opens internal power contacts to enable or cut off power flow to parts of the appliance like heating elements, motors or fans when activated by the appliance control system. This is fitted in the electrical compartment of the equipment and connects low-voltage signals to the high-voltage circuits. It is a major power-distribution element.
