The Garland 1013002 Thermostat Assembly with a 3/16 x 13 in bulb D1/D18 is a temperature control system that is installed in commercial cooking appliances to control the amount of heat inside the appliance. It contains a sensing bulb and a capillary tube that read the temperature changes and regulate the heating cycle, respectively. It is installed as a part of the control system and is used to hold the desired temperature by turning on and off connected heating elements. This thermostat is component of the thermal regulation system which provide to the stable and consistent functioning.
