The Garland 6792F Thermostat Assembly with a 3/16 x 13-inch bulb D1/D18 is a temperature control system that is installed in commercial ovens, ranges and broilers to control the amount of heat in the interior. It has a capillary-type sensing bulb and a 60-inch capillary tube that measures the temperature changes and switches the heating system on and off. The unit works under the temperature range of about 100F to 550F and has a dial, pilot light and bezel that can be adjusted and monitored by the user.
